Rod Rochowiak, Principal

Amber Cummer, Principal

    More About Rod

Rod has an extensive career in the real estate industry as a top producing agent, a principal broker, an investor, and in various roles in brokerage management. Rod took a leap from college recruiting, human resources, and consulting to pursue his love of real estate in 1997.

Rod was instrumental in opening EYA Urban Properties, and during his five-year tenure, he worked in various sales and management capacities, including managing broker. Later, Rod served as principal broker for Urban Pace and oversaw builder sales and marketing. Next, he moved to Coldwell Banker and built the TRS Group, where he focused on selling, earning top accolades in sales and production.

Soon after, Rod was invited by a private investment group to open a new brokerage, Stages Premier, which later became affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Rod facilitated the opening of Better Homes and Garden’s first real estate franchise in a major U.S. city on the East Coast, in Washington, D.C.

In 2016, Rod was exclusively invited by Keller Williams Capital Properties to launch a transaction management company to provide services to the brokerage’s agents. After joining forces with Amber in 2018, together they refined the service offerings and expanded their reach to all brokerages across the DMV, officially launching Agent Contract Services.

In his personal life, Rod enjoys a healthy lifestyle with his spouse and dog, together focusing on nutrition and strength training. Travel is his life’s ultimate pleasure, especially to beach destinations.

    More About Amber

Amber joined the real estate industry in 2006, overseeing general operations for a top-producing team. Amber wore many hats during her nearly 10-year tenure with the team, running point on transactions, listings, events, marketing, and technology, as well as building systems and scalable processes.

Prior to launching ACS, Amber joined the leadership team at Keller Williams Capital Properties as operations manager, running brokerage-wide systems and operations, with a focus on building systems and processes to sustain growth.

Amber’s experience in the real estate industry has afforded her the opportunity to learn and master a variety of industry tools, systems, and models, and to directly affect the lives and careers of many agents’ businesses. Her organizational and interpersonal expertise in the ins and outs of the local industry made running a real estate agent-services business a natural next step.

In 2018, Amber partnered with Rod to build the systems and processes that serve as the foundation for Agent Contract Services, launching the unique service offerings to all brokerages.

Amber most enjoys running, jaunts around the block with her dog, and spending time with family and friends–especially her husband and two kids. She is also a gifted musician who participates in a local community choir.

    Why ACS?

We get it–your plate is full. The time you spend finding the perfect hire, training them, and hoping they stick around is time you should be spending elsewhere. Sound familiar? You’ve come to the right place.

After years of working alongside agents–in both broker and operational-support roles–Rod and Amber saw a similar need across the business: the need for seasoned, licensed agents to provide the full-service contract-management services that are most crucial to any real estate transaction. These services include:

    • Managing the complete contract-to-close cycle in a fiduciary capacity.
    • Writing and presenting buyer sales contracts.
    • Preparing listing agreements and walking sellers through complicated paperwork and disclosures.
    • Coordinating listing launches–the heavy lifting required to bring a listing online.

Time is an agent’s most valuable asset–and the time spent on navigating a transaction or bogged down with paperwork is time away from building client relationships and generating leads. When we give agents back that time, we’ve done our job.

    Consider joining our team!

We are always looking for talented individuals to provide the excellent service our clients come to expect when they sign on with ACS.
