These services are not offered on their own. Because they require a seasoned, licensed real estate professional, they are available to agents signed up for Enhanced Contract Management.

Will ACS present my buyer's offer?

Yes. Once the offer is prepared and signed, ACS presents it on your behalf.

Can ACS help my sellers understand their paperwork?

Yes. We conduct a virtual meeting with your sellers to guide them through the legalese and disclosures in their listing paperwork.

Can ACS also get my listing ready for market?

Yes. Listing Launch coordinates the to-dos involved in bringing a listing to market, handled by a dedicated Listing Coordinator. Listing Launch can be ordered on its own and does not require Enhanced. Learn about Listing Launch.
