Provide a comprehensive review of the ratified sales contract to confirm it is complete, compliant, and enforceable. Obtain all required signatures / initials. Complete all brokerage compliance requirements.
Contract Manager becomes the main point of contact (optional), we involve you only when required.
Contract Manager will navigate obstacles and challenges not requiring negotiations.
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm all inspections.

Bright MLS Entry: Add required fields, photos, links to media, tours, disclosures, open houses, showing instructions, and remarks. Update to office exclusive, coming soon, or active as you direct.

Order photography and desired media and add to your calendar

Additional Details

If a deal does not close:

  • $50 if Basic and fallout is due to inspection
  • $100 if Enhanced and fallout is due to inspection
  • Half of the contract-to-close service fee if fallout is due to any other reason before the closing date.
  • If fallout occurs on or after the contractual closing date, the full fee is due.

A one-time setup fee of $695 is due before onboarding.

Your payment method is kept on file for easy payment processing.

Exclusions: rentals, short sales, and commercial.
